The Former Sierra Nevada Resort – hotel had 145 rooms on 7 Acres and entitlements for a very ambition multi story/mixed use hotel. The project required re-entitlement, for the addition of 10 cabins and 20 units in 5 – 4 plexes. The town requested activation of the main road frontage, and the entire projects common areas were to be welcoming to local residents as well as hotel guests. The renovations included land planning, pool design, modular buildings by AutoVol for the 5- 4 plexes, on site new construction of cabins and the complete renovation of the existing buildings. New utilities, parking, exterior painting, FFE, restaurant renovations, entry sequence modifications, room renovations of the existing hotel and multiple meetings with the planning commission and permit departments. PSB was involved from the initial vision sessions, hired all the consultants and directed the teams all the way through the final installation of FFE.
