Ashcroft is a community development with 39, quarter acre homesites, nestling in an old-growth forest overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from downtown Asheville. PSB’s role on this project was to provide peer review comments on all floor plans and exterior elevations. Assist in site evaluations and layout of the overall community. PSB worked alongside Kevin and Christopher Fox to create a 55+ highly sought after Asheville community.

When I left St. Joe to run development at Scout Capital I could have chosen any of 20+ highly competent design and development people, several Disney Imagineers. I only wanted one person: Peg Blackall.
