“When looking at the site plan, the building had to be a split-level to truly make any sense. With that being said, the plan was to have a small-plate, big flavor, coastal experience. with two options of settings and an element of “theater” on each floor. Upstairs centers around the coastal oyster bar and seafood roast-ery. Downstairs, or “The Den”, is a traditional bar setting with the feel of a 1970’s, Jaws era, basement where the kids went. to get into trouble.” – Ford Fry
PSB’s role in this project was to participate in managing construction in the last half of the build out. Following through with installation of FFE, signage and graphics and close-out of this very unique, restaurant.
