These 16 stories 100-year-old Beaux Arts Building, across the street from Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan underwent a head-to-toe historic renovation from 2019 – 2024. Its 100-year anniversary was the opening of the newly refurbished apartments. The owner Joe Mansueto of Morning Star spent 4 years renovating his newly acquired legacy historic grand dame. The new amenities included a gold gilded two story lobby, now opened up to windows and daylight, penthouse suites, created by combining two top floors. A media lounge, fitness center, wine storage facilities, and a wine tasting room. The rooftop sundeck provides sweeping views of the lake, and skyline.
