Harbor View Hotel is a historic Victorian property that's been a popular destination for travelers to Martha's Vineyard for over 130 years. The hotel is located in the heart of Edgartown, close to beaches and town, and offers views of Edgartown Harbor
Scout Capital acquired this hotel with the vision to expand the keys and create a Hotel Condo development. After 2 years of planning Scout Capital presented this ambitious project for entitlements to the Martha’s Vineyard Planning Commission. It was the first time the MVC approved a project in one hearing. The renovations spanned over years. PSB’s involvement spanned 5 years and included overseeing the vision, talent selection, design and project management.
