Mahogany Bay Village is located on Ambergris Caye, Belize consisting of six fingers of land extending into the bay. The Developer initially requested a series of simple house plans from Moser Design Group that would fit on the lots. Immediately, Moser and the Developer began to re-imagine the parcel as a mixed-use walkable village with diverse building types. The plan later included a rich mix of residential, commercial, and civic building types that worked well within the challenging property. Studio Sky Also developed the full range of architecture for the project.
PSB's role on this project was a short term assignment to guide the design team on the amenity spaces, F&B layout, BOH operational program and assist with the off site amenity a remote clubhouse concepts.
