This project is owned by ReMain Nantucket – a Schmidt Family Foundation. The purpose of this project was to renovate an existing building on Nantucket into a place where groups could gather for exposition cooking classes, have small meetings, and there was also a café in the lower level. A commercial kitchen back of house was created for catered events in the meeting area. PSB was hired to select the design team and manage them from start to finish of construction.
