This was the last large scale regional mall the Rouse Company built. This project was built with an arch shaped plan and has 96 stores and services. PSB’s role was to provide design management and review for all of the tenant’s plans for the project, including a grocery store, theater, and food court. This project was completed, and it took over 10 years in the pipeline for it to come to fruition. PSB was the only design person who had formerly worked with Rouse during the heyday of shopping center building that was invited to join the team for the finale.
