This 232-acre resort is located on the Crystal River in Florida, which is a manatee sanctuary. The land boasts of alligators, lush greens, emerald pines, and grand oaks. This amazing project has a peninsula that reaches out into the springs, a 9- and 18-hole golf course, a small boat marina, multiple venues for events, and 196 keys. PSB was involved in all phases of the design and renovation of this resort, from hand selecting repurposed FFE, to finding local photographers and artists to produce the lobby artwork, to selecting the concrete floor colors in the dining room. Although PSB typically hires consultants this project required more hands on in the design realm. All common areas and 130 rooms were renovated during the reconstruction. PSB oversaw the rebranding, new identity, and all of the aspects of the design.
