St Joe is the Developer of this 1500-acre community truly embraces the environment as two thirds of the community dedicated to conservation. There are plans for no more than 450 homesites. It is nestled between the Intercoastal waterway, Crooked Creek and West Bay. The community is tied together by a network of about 7 miles of interconnecting trails and boardwalks. There is a boat ramp, clubhouse and pool as well as many other on site “jewels” along the trails like camping pads, wildlife viewing blinds and wooden bridges.
PSB’s role on this project was design and construction management of all of the amenity structures.
Including an entry barn, the main clubhouse, as well as plan review for the new homeowners of this unique project. PSB also was the director of the construction of a Southern Living Idea house, the initial home built on the property. The unique design by Lake Flato became a favorite for homeowners.
